#### Retreats

Retreat is a time when the CWF PCUSA members withdraw from all other worldly activities to have a 'spiritual refilling' through prayer, meditation and bible studies.

#### Rallies

CWF PCUSA hosts annual rally for all the groups within the country. Rallies consist of a variety of activities. Although these activities appear to focus on 'competition', the Rally activities are meant to foster Christian fellowship amongst sisters in Christ. It is through this that we display our submission in witnessing to our Lord Jesus Christ.
